The app does not accurately reflect the hardware conditions of the truck until you are "Accepted/Approved" for full vehicle control. My request remained pending from the time it was built to the day they were doing PDI at the dealership, my Salesman clicked the APPROVE button, just before calling me to say they were prepping it the day I picked her up, then I could see more features.

Also make sure, blue tooth / sync is connected, I recall some language on one of the screens, it will only work on sync or the app but not simultaneously.
I decided to chat with a FordPass guide again, but still no luck. They did however escalate the issue to an advanced guide and gave me a case number so hopefully I'll have an answer soon. I'm normally connected via Apple CarPlay, but they did have me connect with just blue tooth but that didn't work.

where are the scales supposed to show up on Fordpass? it works inside the truck but I don't see it on the app at all.

Ford Chat today:

I see that the status of your vehicle order is "Released". This means the vehicle has been released from the plant to a carrier and is awaiting shipment. Your ETA is Oct-04-2022-Oct-10-2022. [...] The carrier information is not showing. However, I do see that your vehicle is located at Ramp 51, Flat Rock, MI.

Ford chat is still saying my dealer ETA is today. I'll check with them tomorrow and see if anything has updated (still at Ramp 51).

Edit: As promised, as of today (Oct 11th), my ETA is Oct 4 - Oct 10.

Oddly still nothing from Ford, other than the status change in the order tracker, they are still saying the system reflects an ETA of two days ago. I guess I'll check with chat again in a couple days and see if anything has changed. Based on NJ trucks on the order tracking sheet I could be anywhere from 2 to 44 days from now.

I see that the vehicle is in transit. It shows that the ETA is Oct 04-Oct 10, 2022. It is pending an update. [...] I would recommend reaching out to your dealer or the new vehicle support team at 800-334-4375; Monday-Friday 8AM-8PM EST for time frames.
