Hey, I couldn't get my hands free working either. Tax man told me to toggle the lane centering button a few times while enhanced cruse was activated and it worked. Not sure if you tried that yet.

I had to download Alexa update for my android phone to work too
I believe my issue has to do with my hands-free date already having expired. I’ve read on the f150 and Mach-e forums that this is a prevalent issue. It’s pretty disappointing that so many people have this issue and Ford still hasn’t resolved it two months later and requires a dealer visit to fix. Coming from Tesla which most software issues were fixed with a OTA download this is pretty inconvenient especially since most of the dealers around me say they are all backed up a few days which means my truck will be sitting at the dealer. My truck doesn’t have anything with Alexa installed on the system as well. I have Alexa on my phone already.

Today might be the day - fordpass went back to activate. Although I never got a decline so I’m not 100% but maybe someone was loading it on the truck to transport to the dealer. 590ish posts to go….

Mine changed back to “activate” too… Today or tomorrow may be our time!

Took A/z plan and no BS. Highly recommend Gosch ford in Escondido! Josh was amazing every step of the way.

btw the truck is amazing!

I haven't been able to get bluecruise to work either; i've only had a couple of chances to try it but toggling the lane centering button didn't seem to work for me. I've recieved a couple software updates since then and I'll be able to test it again tomorrow. I double checked my expiration date today and it is in the future so that shouldn't be a problem.

im sorry I asked… Man it looks beautiful there! Not so much right now in Wisconsin… I washed the truck last night, 40 miles today and now it looks like this!
