Maybe they delay MY2023 production start to complete 2022.

I have long suspected they will do that - keep building 2022s through December, but even then it will be tight!

All of them. Build week has nothing to do with order date that anyone not named Ford can figure out. Wave 6 was not scheduled in April, but June July and August have builds from all waves (excluding wave 7 which is still ordering).
