I'm a bit confused because I picked my Lariat up 2 days ago and I believe I have phone as a key? I set it up at the dealer and I can start/stop the car from my phone and can actually drive around with my phone + passcode.

Yes that's correct. Some of the early builds are waiting for an OTA that is planned to start going out VERY soon

what's interesting is that my PRO seems to have phone-as-a-key, or at least those 'features' that the APP allows on this trim: Lock/UNLOCK.... START/ON.... Lights/Horn(An Alarm feature, I assume)...

I do NOT have, though: Windows control.
My phone also does not have a password or facial recognition usage, nor does that seem to impact the Ford Pass APP, or PAAK.

I've used the app to Lock the truck, WITH my key fob inside, AND the truck ON, etc. It seems to all work just fine, but I'd like the 'windows up/down' feature in order to be able to use this if the weather turns and I'm not near the truck, etc.

Yes my Lariat with PAAK doesn’t have window control either but that would be nice! Not sure if it’s possible to do a Ota for that? I’ve noticed to phone as a key struggles in areas with low cell signal.

That’s like my kids saying they will clean their room “very soon”. Maybe a week maybe a month, they have to leave for college eventually.

Ford should get their crap together on early builds. A feature was offered and marketed that was not provided and no ETA for the OTA.
