Isn’t the ODB data the net DC going into the battery? There will be conversion losses between the AC going into the truck and the DC going into the battery. There is also energy used for battery temperature maintenance. Maybe as much as 10% loss.
FWIW, average of 16kW being delivered @ 238.12V/67.19A (calculated) over the first 00:17:30 (24.9% SoC achieved) beginning at ~20% SoC. There may be a rounding error due to only two significant figures of the Ave kW Delivered displayed.

Attached is a copy of my CarScanner Dashboard of a recent FCSP charge session that started at ~20% SoC.

Note: At this point (picture) of the session (24.9% SoC), my Lightning is requesting 398V, but only receiving 16.92 kW@238.14V/71.05A calculated [(16.92/238.14)*1000].

FCSP set to 80A connected to a 240V/100A circuit

I have only been able to ID one the PIDs for my ER Lariat’s two onboard chargers…the bottom gragh/digital readings show the one charger PID identified was requesting 49A, but only receiving 38A.

My simple math says my truck in total was receiving a total of 71.05A [(16.92/238.14)*1000] at the time I took this screenshot……

Went ahead and ordered an emporia off Amazon. The energy monitor is actually what sold me on it. Will order that down the road. Haven’t decided if I’ll return the grizzl-e or use it at work. Kind of thinking I’ll use it at work and keep the ford mobile charger in the truck. Either way I’ve over thunk this whole situation long enough. Thank you all for the input/data/knowledge.

I have my truck on an open evse hard wired and set to 48 amps. According to the meter on the evse it says high 46 or low 47 amps.

It seems like based on my charging times it's more like 42ish amps received into the battery pack. So I'm thinking I'm dumping about 10% in charging losses.
