Canada Adding Remote Door Opening Switches To My XLT Visor.

Because I have 3 doors with door openers on them, I wanted to get that option on my XLT. I would have to go to a Lariat trim level (approx $4500.00) to get them was a little expensive. Thinking about adding that option myself. I would have to change out my visor and wire in the switches. Just wondering if any other pieces have to be added. Anyone with comments or knowledge in regards to this idea I have.

I have those now...new truck..high teck...remotes hanging off the visor...UGLY..NOT HIGH TECK...they are as old as me...LOL

I just read a post that had a good point. They will show up on Amazon in a few months and be at a reasonable price. From what I can find out, all that is required is 12 V power. Easy install as far as I can see. Might get one from a wrecker after the winter bumper car/truck season. Look it is snowing, quick, everybody in the ditch...lol.

You can install it yourself, the wiring is already there from what I've read. I'm not sure on shipping to Canada. I might go this route if my truck ever comes in.
