The OP's picture was of a FCSP, not the FMPC - no images on your end?Note: apologize for. Post not related to OP’s issue.
If the “charger” came with the truck and it is a plug in then it’s a Mobile Charger, not a FCSP.
It is usually listed on the window sticker as a MOBILE POWER CORD (120V/240V) $500 option.
There are 2 versions. A 30 amp and a 32 amp version. The 30 amp is provided with a Lightning and the 32 amp is provided with Mach-E. The reason the 30 amp is provided with Lightning is so if used to charge another EV while plugged into the truck bed 240V/30A outlet it won’t trip the 30 amp breaker.
The Lightning 30 amp version has a yellow tape on the 14-50 cord. See picture below.

And Ford provided them to some buyers free with the truck depending on trim and timing.
As for the levity we sometimes engage in, well before that, we put lengthy and fact filled explanations with suggestions on how to solve the problem, and referenced what other FCSP owners had troubles with, so....when a post title includes the phrase "Ford Special Needs People" and 'micro-rants' about THEIR ignorance, well maybe things need "lightning up" a bit?
On the other hand, Murphy's Law of trying to be helpful is: no good deed goes unpunished.
