Blue Cruise Not Functioning

Finally at 30k service for my 2022 Lightening and after 2 days still not repaired however did fix the weight scale issue. Not sure on steps taking internally but that bott customer service for scheduling must go….

Please expand on your initial post. What exactly isn't working? What trim is your truck? When did you buy it? What has the dealer done or not done?

More details are better. You might provide a clue for someone with a similar experience who can help in some way.

I posted this a while back, but maybe the same issue?


My 2023 Lariat has been flawless for 2 years and 35,000 miles, but last week I noticed Bluecruise stopped working. After checking all my settings, and getting passed from Customer Service, to Connected Services, and finally to Technical Services they finally decided I had this issue. I have an appointment with my dealer early next week and will report back.

Blue Cruise does not even recognize highway to engage. My contract is still good albeit I don’t believe it was disclosed I would half to pay what should be supplied as a standard to my package…it’s under functional like cameras etc. what’s next they turn off cameras unless we pay a fee? Unacceptable practice

Did it stop working after an OTA update or after a dealer visit? Message me the VIN.

Off topic: I had forgotten how early they started deleting massaging seats. OP's is a June build. Strange times, 2022 was.

Make sure your seatbelt is on. That is a requirement for bluecruise.

Do you keep track of your OTA updates, do you recall what you received around that time?

Good to see your truck is just about following the same deployment as mine, I got the above on 4/9.

These are my most recent updates, note the ones around January & February 2025 in yellow below, not certain there is a correlation, because my Blue Cruise & Hands Free mode are working normally.
