Do this all the time what's the big deal? It's the NEVER have to touch the wheel you can't do on roads like that.

That is not handsfree. The term "BlueCruise" was broadened by Ford to include when hands-on driving. Yes, you can have it drive on any road with lines on both sides of the lane and steer while you keep your hands on the wheel.
