Wanted to make this thread to see when, where and how long it takes for us to get software updates. Looks we are waiting on the Sync 4, DTE update and 3.5.5 has been discontinued.

As of today, I have not received any of these updates and I am located in SoCal Riv/SD area. Please update this thread whenever you get updates. Thanks.

Because you believe that your geographic location in the US impacts when you get updates? It does not.

Yes I do. If it doesn’t then we will find out.

When we had our Tesla, it’s exactly how it rolled out.

But if you have any more information on how it’s rolled out please share it.

I can tell you that for over a year's worth of Mach-E updates, there was no geographical pattern at all.

I agree. If anything, MACH E updates (especially HVB recall update) went in order of production date.

Really? Smh…..

Well in this case who knows how they are rolling it out. Part of the frustration is knowing it’s out there but have no clue when it will arrive. Tomorrow I have a dealer visit for an unrelated issue but I am curious to see if that update will happen while it’s in service.
