If you find yourself in KY, I wouldn’t depend on the Ford dealers providing you an affordable or reliable option, at least not in South Central KY.

Ford dealers here either have not installed or turned on their DC chargers or they are charging outrageous amounts (.80+ cents per KWH. )

I was worried getting home one night so I stopped at an area dealer and drove around back to the service bay at midnight. Unplugged an Amazon vehicle and charged for an hour and drove on home. Level 2 only got me about 10 kwh but it gave me piece of mind when I first bot mine. Plugged the Amazon vehicle back in when I left.

Picked up today and dealer mentioned that there was a plan to install chargers at all Ford dealerships for use by Ford customers, but as others have said I think they are only level 2. Better than nothing, but not something for a road trip
Our local dealer charges for the use of the EVSE. Not sure if how much per KW.

Not the highest I've seen at a dealer. There is a Hyundai dealer near me that charges $2.00 per KWH. Not going there!

Quite obvious they only have it there because they were told by the manufacturer that they had to have one.

I have a very good relationship this dealer and have suggested the prices they are posting on three dealership locations in area are extremely out of range (by nearly double) other public chargers in the area.

I agree whole heartily with @JTWIRE55. But I suggested if you’re going to have to invest in them, price them so you can recover some level of revenue. At these rates there will be near ZERO participation.
