I have your Megaohm for my reverse, works great. I did unplug my brand new 2025 Lariat frunk speaker and have had zero issues though? No errors.
It could be update related. It seems the trucks that got updates later on magically started getting faults. The truck themselves are not great at keeping up with updates, many have had to use a mongoose cable to get up to date, but i'd still stick a bypass on there once the update does hit your truck.

Side note as well, we are stocked locked and ready to rock on the frunk bypasses so there is no longer a wait time!

If you're like me, you'll agree that a stock F150 Lightning has too way too many audible warnings. This thread catalogs the different methods I've used to turn them off, sorted by overall annoyingness. Hopefully it's useful to someone!

Note that many of these noises are federally mandated, and/or genuinely important for safety. Please use good judgement when modifying your vehicle.

Things I've done:
  • Disable frunk beep. This requires unplugging the frunk speaker. www.youtube.com/watch?v=UdWVnZ5vNgM
  • Disable backup beeper. This also disables the low-speed pedestrian noise, so please be careful with this one. These noises are federally mandated, and you will be ridin' dirty without them. You'll need to install the megaohm speaker delete kit: https://www.megaohmmotorsports.com/product/ford-psbk-ece
  • Disable key-in chime. FORSCAN Code IPC 720-02-01 xx*x xxxx xx-- (subtract 8 from current value (if E change to 6))
  • Disable triple chime on vehicle startup. FORSCAN Code IPC 720-01-02 xxxx x2xx
  • Disable door ajar chime. FORSCAN Code IPC 720-01-02 xx0x xxxx
  • Disable seatbelt chimes. This can be done via a series of button presses and seatbelt clicks. Again, please do not ride dirty. See here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=QcMErUaI3Cg
  • Disable "check rear seats" warning. This can be done via the touchscreen: Settings > Vehicle > Rear Occupant Alert
  • BONUS: IPC quick boot. This disables the annoying (albeit inaudible) Ford advertisement that takes over your screen when the vehicle boots. IPC 720-07-01 xxxx xxxx 2xxx

Things I haven't done, but are theoretically possible:
  • Disable double honk if you get out of the truck while it's running and bring your key with you. Mine actually never did this so I didn't bother with it. FORSCAN Code BCM 726-41-02 xxx0 xxxx xxxx
  • Disable parking sensors. This can be done via the touchscreen, although it is a useful tool depending on where you park. One of the few dings that I left on.
  • Disable power liftgate chime. I don't have a power liftgate, so I skipped it.

Things I still haven't figured out how to do:
  • Disable "Rear sensor blocked" chime (yes, I know when my liftgate is down, Ford!).
  • Disable "No key detected" chime
  • Disable chime on lane keeping cancellation.
  • Disable "transmission is not in park" chime when you open the door without having shifted into park.
  • Disable animation on power down.

I'll update this post as I find solutions to the above noises, or if I discover other chimes that need to be silenced. Again, I hope this is useful to someone-- None of this is new information, but maybe I've saved you some time by not having to search for it.
I would add to your list for the ped/backup speaker sound the option of using forscan in addition to the Megaohm for those that already have forscan this can save them money.

Anyone know of a way to turn off the proximity parking sensor sounds permanently? There are options to turn off the sensors completely (eg no visual use either) or to temporarily turn off the sounds when you pull up the cameras on the touchscreen. I'm looking to keep the sensors on so I can see them visually, but just have the sounds off, and end up just opening the camera screen every time I turn on the car to disable the sounds there, but since that resets every time you turn off the truck I have to do it every time I drive and would want to leave that off more permanently.

So i have a question, when i get in the truck, it aggressively yells at me 4 times. is that the door ajar?

And then I did the disable seatbelt via the procedure, but it still seems to yell at me when i get in. it doesnt go off when i drive (which I don't mind it doing as I dont drive without my seatbelt anyways) but its incredibly annoying to open the door and it starts honking at me, get in the car, turn it on (before putting seatbelt on) only to have it yell at me again.

So if i wanted both of those to be disabled, it sounds like Forscan is the right option? anyone in Norcal Bay Area have Forscan and willing to help me out :)

I hated this also. It is likely because you are pressing Start before buckling (US Standard). You can change it to chime only after you are in motion (European standard). Worked for me.

From my FORScan mods thread:
Disable Seat Belt chime on vehicle startup. The truck will chime 4 times if you press Start with the seat belt disconnected. This is the US seat belt strategy. You can change to the European seat belt strategy which waits until the vehicle is in motion to chime. Perfect for those who start first, then buckle.
IPC 720-01-02 xxxx x2--

Read post 1 and 2 in that thread to learn how to use FORScan.

thanks. I was reading thru it and wanted to make sure I'm selecting the right ones to disable or change. most of the times i am unbuckling or not buckled yet because I'm helping my kids do something or another and the angry beeps are just so annoying.

Easy to test, try starting with and without being buckled and notice the sounds. If you get the annoyance you are referring to when unbuckled and bliss when buckled, then you want the mod I posted. ;)

right but what is the initial 4 angry beeps the second i open the door? half the time its that and half the time its the key in chime. maybe its not detecting my PaaK fast enough and thus saying no key present or something. i dont really know i just know it is annoying to get yelled at by my truck for just getting in haha!

If you are getting chimes when you open the door, do this.

What Bill says above^^^. Sounds like it thinks your headlights are on.
The PAAK warning would pop up on your instrument cluster and say No Key Detected and only after you press Start. I get that too - I think its because the phone is in my left jeans pocket, far away from the sensor.

The 3" seatbelt extenders are some of the best things I've ever bought for my modern trucks. Simply plugging one into the latch allows me to still use my seatbelt normally when I'm on public roads, but also defeats the seatbelt chime, automatic park if the door is ajar, warnings on the screen, and other nannies when I'm not on public roads.

ah thank you @bmwhitetx and @B177y ! I know what happened, i think i had turned high beams on one time when it was super dark and since the truck kept adjusting them back to normal when another car came, i thought maybe i had the adaptive lights which i clearly dont since i havent gotten ANY updates! Thanks a ton no more angry beeping and the seat belt beep also gone from doing the click click blah blah!
