Fordpass no longer shows vehicle software updates

In the past if you went into Settings--> SOFTWARE UPDATES you would see the most recent OTA updates the truck has received.

Now all I see is a switch to turn on/off AUTOMATIC UPDATES and the time they will happen.

Nothing about what has been installed.

Received Walk Away Locking about a month ago and only noticed because I walked away and it locked. Nice to see when you receive an update so you know its there.

This is IOS version 5.22.0 which I believe is most current one.

Not an issue on Android, same version number.

Try logging out of Fordpass, then login again, this might clear to temporary glitch in the cached data.

I lost visibility of my software version prior to 5.22.0, just updated to current and it still doesn’t show. Assumed they 86’d it from the app like some previous features that we all actually used.

My app only “remembers” the latest update for so long and then it goes away. But I can always go into the software update menu on the truck itself to see the latest OTA.

Yeah it's been missing for awhile. The update info used to come in to the "Messages" section and I would save those messages so I had a history of updates, but the most recent one I have now is October 2023 and I've had at least several updates since then.

Sure enough - different between Android and my $%^&* iPhone. Both on 5.22.0

I have tried logging in and out a number of times and have even re-installed the IOS version. Looks like they took it off IOS for some reason but left it on the Android version.

They probably just update android slower.
