How do you stop the 15” Screen from showing random women from Facebook?

I don’t even know this women! LOL. How do I stop this from happening. I can’t even find these pictures when I’m on my Facebook!

There must be a way to stop the Ford screen from using this content. On the bottom right it will post a photo from my album, which I enjoy. But this new thing is down right intrusive!

I didn't even know that there was a Facebook widget for carplay, but it looks like you've added it. Try this:

On your phone you should be able to go to Settings -> General -> CarPlay -> your truck -> Widgets and nuke it from there.

I have a simple solution to that. I have not had facecrap on a phone in well over a decade.
