How Many Retail Customers Can Order Lightning in Waves 1-6?

Any idea how many people will be invited to order in total (Waves 1-6)?

For a long time, it was said that 15k was the number of Lightnings produced this year. But with a) the number of production increasing and b) the number of fleet vehicles allocated, does anyone have a guess as to how many retail customers will be invited to order?

I don't think anyone really knows. I would guess maybe 4k to 5k in wave 1 and then a few thousand in each following wave.
