I decided to level my truck after seeing several leveled trucks on this forum. I purchased the Eibach pro lift kit along with Tuff Country upper control arms. I wanted some all-terrain tires to go along with the level kit so I went with the 285/55/r22 BFG K03 tires. I had a local shop that I'd used for years to install everything. I got a call from the shop saying your truck looks good but we can't move it out of the bay because we can't turn the wheel! The bigger tire size was hitting the upper control arms and I would need wheel spacers to fix the issue. The shop installed the wheel spacers and that fixed the upper control problem. i needed to take it to another shop to get the alignment done. Driving to the alignment shop the truck rode so badly that I wanted to have the shop but it back to the factory. After getting the truck alignment made all the difference. The other issue I had was that the tires were hitting the crash bars when turning left or right, so I had to cut them out. I also needed to trim some of the bumper on each side so the tires would not rub when turning. Here are some pics of the new setup

Looking good 👍🏽
Why wouldn't the 1st shop do the alignment saving you that bad trip?
Are these wheels OEM? It says ford performance?

The shop was in the process of moving to a new location and had put his alignment machine up for sale thinking it would take a while to sell it and it sold in 2 days. The alignment shop was only about 7 miles from the shop. I purchased the wheels from I. Believe stage 3 motorsports. They are an oem wheel that came out last year. I think they come in black or bronze

Do the tires rub on a full turn, just wondering? Also, just my personal preference, I'd rather have wheels with proper offset instead of wheel spacers. With a heavy vehicle like ours, that would feel more secure to me. But, the truck looks good, nonetheless! Please report back with mi/kwh before and after.

Looks nice!!

I'm with N87 here though, there is no way I'm putting spacers on an 8,000lb truck with 800ftlbs and only six lugs.

Looks great @Kohlblooded. Do you happen to know if you are at the 0.3” or 0.7” setting on the rear? I would guess the lowest, 0.3 if not discussing it with the installers.

I’m awaiting my install date with same kit and I don’t believe I’ve seen anyone on the forums here calling out the 0.7 in the rear…which I assume introduces a slight bit of rake after installing the kit.

Im at 0.7, there is a rake but not noticeable unless you really pay attention.

Thank you @F150ROD. Did you apply 0.3 before landing on 0.7, or just 0.7 from the get-go?

Edit: I see you were R&D for the kit, so probably had/saw both?

It does not rub at full turn after cutting out the front crash bars and trimming the front bumper and cutting a little of the inner fender liner. As far as the wheel spacers are concerned I’ve used spidertrax wheels spacers in the past without any issues and I don’t haul or pull anything. As far as efficiency since the lift it looks like I’ve lost around 10 percent range since adding the new setup.

The rear was set at the 0.3. I’m glad I had the front end alignment shop take a look at the rear also since it was off some.

Maybe in the future I might change out the wheels to another style with a different offset but I really like the ford performance wheels.

I didn’t get to see the 0.3, they just set it that way after install.
