June 6th 2026 - Starting at home in London, Ontario, Canada with 100% charge - GoM was very optimistic!!
2024 F-150 Platinum - Total trip was ~5,400 km or 3,350 miles
Our first day was from London to Edmundston, NB (1,300km or approximately 800 miles).
Decent charging rates at Electrify Canada stations....
These next few shots were on the Bay of Fundy -- with the tide just starting to come back in.
These were at Pier 21 at the Immigration Museum - we did a tour as my Dad immigrated in the lat 50's via Halifax. Great tour.

Petro Canada's ChargePoint station -- worked well (Halifax)

The next few are from the Cabot Trail -- great day for a drive and many great people met at the lookouts.
We boarded the Ferry from Caribou NB to PEI... very cool.
My truck's alarm kept going off (see the truck on the left/back). The vibrations of the ship's diesel engines kept triggering it.
We drove the bridge back off PEI.
We met the owners of an ID4 who managed to squeeze their bike rack in between two Tesla chargers!
Four Points by Sheraton was great with Tesla Destination chargers available for free -- 100% over night (with an adapter). We stayed here both on the way out and on the way home (Edmundston). Average was about 8.6kwh speeds. In Halifax we stayed at a Four Points as well but the free charger was in the garage and not reachable with the truck due to height restrictions.
Heading home.... Edmundston towards Quebec.
After charging to 100% at the hotel over night, we achieved great range on the way home. We could have hit 400km (250 miles) no problem on the highway. We were travelling at around 125 kmh speeds (78 mph).
This is what happens when someone doesn't unplug (Flo charger station) and drives away -- glad our trucks won't let us do that!
