To add: Ford should allow you to move your reservation to another dealer that has committed no ADM to you in writing. Once that is done you would then place the order.

Hi all - I went into George Wall Ford here in NJ last night and they agreed to a $2K ADM over MSRP, which I thought was pretty reasonable for an August build. They were pretty realistic about what scaling production on the Ford side would mean in terms of supply vs. demand on the Lightning. Anyway, they are marked up as "High ADM" in this thread, I think it would be a good idea to update for them.

Update from my post from yesterday: Today I spoke again with the dealer, who now says that their ADM is $20k, up from $10k yesterday! I am so angry with these folks! Time to see if I can move my order, and report this dealer to Ford Corporate. Anyone have contacts to "No ADM" dealers in Dallas, Houston or Louisiana areas?

There's a few in the Dallas area that I'm aware of that's no ADM per the list is AutoNation Ford in Frisco, Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford and Rockwall Ford in Rockwall

Houston is Friendly Ford, and Lousiana is Banner Ford

In Southern California -- had an original reservation with Ford of Upland that added a $10k ADM out of nowhere -- switched to Villa Ford of Orange and confirmed in writing and signed MSRP.

Roberson Ford in Albany, Oregon is not charging ADM or addons at this time.
I signed pricing paper work back in January for my reservation and I can confirm there is none.
Maybe that’ll change when I pick up the Lightning in the next month.
