Hey all,
So I’m at work charging as usual at the same outlet Ive used since I got the truck. Today tho I get an error message saying the truck is plugged in and not charging. Go out and the mobile charger is showing solid amber and solid red. Looking at the manual to troubleshoot doesn’t show that color combination. But it does indicate a solid red is bad news. Anyone have any idea?
Thanks Admin.

was it hot? The high ambient temperature may cause it to over heat

It is warm out but I’ve seen that before. Shows amber with blue pulsing indicating reduced charging.
It’s actually much cooler today than prior days at the same location

Try charging on 120V or some other 240V. If that works then it's not your truck but that charger.

Thank you for all
Your input. Even though I’ve used that outlet several times before, turns out it’s the outlet had a loose ground in the plug behind the plate. Cut the power, tightened it up. Been charging w/o a problem for the last few hours. Apologies for not throughly checking myself before crying on the forum.

Y’all rock!

For anyone who has had a new receptacle or EVSE installed (or is using a receptacle for charging that hasn't been used for charging before), after 60 days of use or so it's a good idea to check the torque so that connections are tight and haven't worked loose through initial expansion/contraction cycles.

Glad you found it!
