You sent a TestFlight screenshot today but the report is anonymous so I have no way to help you. Under the screenshot is an optional field for an email address, please fill out or include contact info in the feedback where you did leave your name.
Basic rules:
1. Make sure Car Scanner or other app is not connected to your MX+
2. Make sure the MX+ is connected in the Bluetooth settings
3. Open Pankuzu, got to Settings, Debugger and view the log
If the last line is
.error(No protocol 'com.obdlink')
You never connected so go to #4
4. Enable some other logging options like Packets and Info in the Logging disclosure group, tap the arrow to see thse
5. Unplug and replug your MX+ an view the log
Once connected you will see a continuous stream of communication with the MX+, if not the log is our friend.
