Does anyone make a insert/platform to level the rear floor when the underseat storage is folded down?

Need to place dog crates on it, and don't want them flopping around.

Its not that much offset and should not cause them to flop around much. If you are concerned though, I believe there are small mount point on either inside of the rear cab (near the seat belts) to "strap" something in.

Perhaps shim the crates themselves to level them with the folded storage area?

Strapping them is a great suggestion, but would still like to have them sit level to take pressure off the crate. Transporting our champion Shelties, we want them happy and safe.

Maybe two mats...

Just went through this exact scenario this weekend. It definitely causes the crate to be unstable. Probably going to have to DIY it until someone comes out with something. Strapping it down would maybe help, just not sure where/ how to strap it down.

You can use bungee cords and suspend the cages from the oh sh"t handles. It will create more of a suspended calming effect for the pets.

My guess is maybe 1 inch elavation change. Maybe use something like a foam stadium cushion type material. Just a thought.

Or go to Menards and get a sheet of rigid foam that should help as well

Much easier to cut to fit, good suggestion, thanks!
