Platinum-friendly full rear seat covers

My ignorance of the exact configuration of the Platinum is going to show here but anyway - what's a good full or near-full rear seat cover? I'm looking for something like Mustang Mach-E 2021-2022 Covercraft Protective Neosupreme Rear Seat Co ~ VLJ8Z6163812A (ford.com) - it needs to hold up well to a dog being back there.
