I have a 2024 XR lightning; After paying for 1 year of Sirius XM, I opted not to renew. Now I can't get AM, FM, or even hear phone calls or anything audio. I'm confident this is operator error, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong; Will someone please help?

Hold the two lower outside (vol down and next track) buttons on the steering wheel and reboot the center stack. Once you do that turn the volume back up. That is likely the only think in your control short of a 12 v battery disconnect, but I don't see that rectifying the problem you describe.

I had this same issue a few days ago, even though I have an active Sirius XM subscription. Turning the truck off, then back on corrected the issue. I never thought I'd be saying this, but rebooting my truck fixed the problem. :cwl:
