It's the same concept but we don't know if it works exactly the same. The Tesla system may comply with US regulations but the Ford system may not. There's very picky requirement for how it needs to work. So don't hold your breath that we will get it officially here.

I don't know, because the video was removed. I have been very impressed with the way my Lightning's headlights work.

We got the SW last week, but rarely drive the Y after dark. It is 2 years old, but definitely has the hardware for the adaptive lighting. Living in the middle of a big city also makes it hard to find a place to even test. I'm not sure if they have the same minimum speed before they kick in. I honestly need to read up.

In this same release Tesla has given a full battery test. 17 hours plugged into Level 2, start near 20% and it will discharge to a given level and then charge and give realistic health of the battery.

My power wall does something like this every so often.

Also see they added in video from the camera for blindspot on the gauge panel when you turn on an indicator. Another feature it would be nice for Ford to adopt.

HAHAHA! Cute. Ford only just recently added battery % to the gauge cluster as their crowning achievement of 2024.

You bought a Ford, not a Tesla.

This has been in the SW for about 3 years now.

Another feature I like is to put the blinker on for a lane change. It will automatically turn off when you've completed the lane change whether it takes 2 seconds or you're in traffic and it takes 20.
