Thanks Tim. Can you see how many of your reservation holders got an invite and if so, how many are left to get an invite. I remember you saying you couldn't see that starting with the last wave though.

I have to look up each one because Ford has not updated the 2308 invites in our Lightning ROVP website yet. About half of our reservations have received invites prior to wave 8.

I got my reservation in on 10/17/21....probably in the last 10% before they stopped taking reservations on 12/8/21. I was notified a few months ago (12/20/22) to expect to get to place my order in the summer. Got my email today. Must be a VERY low conversion rate!

Yep, got the text a few minutes ago also - but the mail came 3 hours ago . If you want an XLT, don't wait, in the last wave they closed off XLT's after the second day.

I got the text invite but when I log-in my reservation stills says " We will reach out when it is time to finalize your order. "

I keep refreshing to no avail. Can't get through to Ford.

Hmm, it's live for me. Make sure you don't have two accounts/reservations/emails. Try another browser or your phone.

Ok, I think I can help. Background - I have two reservations with two different emails. One was reserved day 2 and I got the invite last December. I haven't ordered because I got a dealer abandoned order. That is the account I got the email on 4 hours ago and the ordering is live.

I just got an email for my second reservation (different dealer). And like you, it does not let me order. This has happened before in a lot of waves. Be patient and keep refreshing every hour or so.

UPDATE: I can get there with my second. If you see this screen:

Don't click on Get Details, won't work. Instead scroll down and click on Reservations & Orders View now.:

You should get:

Which will work if you click Configure and Order.

Thanks for the help! I got through.

I called Ford and waited about 35 minutes on hold before talking to someone in the combustion vehicle department (they're swamped with calls right now). That customer rep pulled up my reservation and the very moment after they did so... I successfully refreshed my web browser and was able to configure the order. I can't say whether or not what the customer service rep did had any impact, but if not the timing was certainly coincidental.

I ordered a black XLT standard range and added the tailgate step. Otherwise its the basic package. Ford estimates delivery between June and December.
