Hello all. I took possession of my truck on July 1st. Drove for a couple days, loved it , my wife realized that the front passenger door handle would notelectronically lock or unlock the doors. No biggie I thought, I'll take it in and see if they can fix it for me. Took a week to get the appointment, no problem.
They took the truck and called that night to tell me they needed to order a new handle and have it painted to match the truck (antimatter blue). So the next day I took the truck back and drove it for 5 days till they called and said the handle was there. I took it in, that night no communication, so I called in the morning.
They said the tech could not make it yesterday and should be in today. 2 days go by and they called and said the new handle was not working either. There was a communication problem that they needed an electrical specialist to look at it. I asked how long they think to get it working? 2 days for the tech to get there and look at it. They would call most nights just before they closed to tell me the tech was still working on it. 12 DAYS more......every-time I go or call its the same story the tech is looking for the problem, one time they infer that I had spliced wires in the door to hook up the dash cam I have in there! I told them to follow the cable it's hooked up to the USB port behind the center console! Went in today same story, only now they say they are waiting to hear from the Ford hotline, they should have done that on day 2! They literally have had the truck now more than I have had it in my possession!
I dont know if I should call a lawyer for lemon law, just suck it up and wait or jump off a cliff!
Also found out today they had the console vault and first aid kit in the back of there shop since I got the truck but nobody bothered to look for it, geesh.
This is the forth vehicle I have bought from them. Normally no problem, I just think they are not up to fixing this thing, but I guess no dealer is at this time.
What do you think?

2. Suck it up and wait
3. Jump off cliff (just kidding)
