They told me the same thing, but I networked with two guys on the F150 FB forums that installed them. The first set I bought were the ones that Real Truck and AMP said would fit my truck and they are advertising something that does not fit.
Yes I received the ones that Real Truck and the AMP Research said to get and they are the wrong ones and the bolts don't line up. I ordered a second set, but can't get them installed until next week. I don't want to tell you to get them until I am sure these will fit.
Yes you are right. They called me around lunchtime and told me the truck arrived at the dealership. They are cleaning and prepping it right now and I am waiting for them to call me. Thanks a million for helping all of us on this forum. You kept us half sane.
What's going on with my buddy F150 ?
I just checked on the status of my truck and it's still in Birmingham. Do you think they have shut down or just offloading vehicles like yours and others ?
I'm showing Birmingham, Alabama and I think you are right. Once yours is loaded on the Convoy truck it should only take them about four hours to reach your dealership. Once my truck comes to the New Orleans offload terminal I suspect we are going to have another long delay in shipping the truck...
Question: If you notice there is a split in the railway. Your truck is headed to Mobile and mine to New Orleans. Apparently they must be splitting the deliveries to go in two directions because the train would have to go in reverse and backtrack from Mobile in order to get to New Orleans.
