100% agree. Also, I am not sure all dealers are like this but the advisor said 250 per item to diagnose. So even if your heat is the thing you are most worried about tell them battery and charging. I started to rattle off a bunch of issue I had but when he said that I shut up real quick.

I get that but if you read my post about issues with warranty of ptc heater you would understand where im coming from. I do not trust in ford or dealerships to do what's right.
