So I was finally able to do a PAAK reset from the console after re-adding it and it still being in the failed state. After the PAAK reset, I uninstalled FordPass, restarted my phone and re-installed FordPass again. Deleted the phone from CarPlay too and then ran through the PAAK setup again...

I've only ever been able to get the adapter out once - I think it's designed to make us look stupid. I don't even try now, just use my ford adapter.

Possibly could be. I always set my parking break so not really an issue, at least for me. Also, I assume If there was real risk here, they would have pushed out a fix for it by now.
