Has anyone replaced or modified the American flag "Easter egg" with an aftermarket one or maybe the Raptor one? I'd love to replace or anodize mine red or blue like the one in the Raptor.

I would stick with the 18's and put a good bigger tire on, and an E rated tire if you're gonna tow. I worked in wheel testing for a few years, and trust me aftermarket wheels while popular and may "look" cool (opinions vary) ... they are NOT durability tested to the same standards as OEM...

yeah i went with Gear America shackle & hitch receiver on the rear. so i plan on getting the Rough Country front tow hook to shackle conversion mounts, along with two more red Gear America shackles w/black isolators for the front, next.

just from Amazon, they're thick but flexible plastic and if i recall, they were only like $18. i went back and looked and cant find them. but they're called 3D tailgate letters.

love the look, great job. I didn't realize that grill section was removeable lol. I taped mine in place temporarily to see how I'd like it. I'm going with a red theme though on mine. Those tow hooks look great! I want to add red tow hooks in front as well. The factory ones don't stick out far...

all i wanted was the tailgate step. It's only packaged with the work surface :rolleyes: :cautious:. I'd rather have the tail gate coated with the "Tough Bed" Spray-in liner like the rest of the bed. I do use my truck often to haul wood, rocks and misc. stuff that i'm afraid might crack that...

Hey, how has the plasti-dip held up since you put it on? i love the look.

I have a Truxedo truxport soft roll up tonneau cover on my Lariat with a power tailgate, no issues what so ever. $299 from Stage3 Motorsports.

oh, and i agree on the black out and/or secondary color on the sport option. My 2019 Ranger Lariat was blue with matching gray bumpers, wheels and grille. Love that look. I'd love to have this dark gray wheels, bumpers and lower body paint line on my silver F150.

the all black trim or "blackout" trim will probably be offered in 2022. They gave the Ranger one, and i think there's other Ford Vehicles that offer it also. In the meantime... have you considered painting them black instead? Using proper scuff, prep and taping/masking off techniques, i have no...

truck sits Perfect! IMO... exactly how i want mine to sit. great to know the 35's fit with no issues on stock wheels. I worked in Wheel testing, so I know how durable and well tested OEM wheels are.
