I have also had this update fail multiple times. I tried to update using the schedule as well as requesting an install right after completing a drive. Seems like this update is full of bugs.

Same here. Happens as I am driving down the driveway, almost every day, no notification on any display.

I just got 4.1.3. I updated my vote on the thread poll.

4.1.2 installed automatically for me yesterday. I didn’t receive any notification. Just got in the truck after a short stop at the library last night and the UI was updated.

Just got the update. It automatically downloaded on my drive home and installed successfully when I got home.

I had this happen to me for the first time today.

I received 2. June ‘22 delivery, ER Lariat.

OP here… Ford shipped the new charger, SunRun installed the replacement charger. All is tested and working great.

I did not get an email, nor a pending charge on my credit card. I did get the reservation success screen and took a screenshot. When I downloaded the reservation agreement, it was just a blank page.

I am seeing the same on my truck. My seat’s wrinkles appear to be in the same spots as the OP’s.

I got it as well. I use the app several times per week when I charge. I’m still waiting for the PAAK update that was promised Summer 2022.

OP here…I’m still struggling to get Siemens ( manufacturer of the FCSP) to replace my charger. I have a case open with Ford who is working with Siemens to get an RMA. The Ford rep indicated that there are at least 20 similar cases. Anyone on this forum having the same issue? SunRun is hands off...

Mine had 65 when it came off the truck.

The cover has robust tabs. I gently pried the cover off starting on the passenger side and worked my way around the lower edge. When I was done, I was able to snap it back into place with no issue. All of the tabs remained intact.
