    I've been having intermittent issues as well. Car Play will connect, but I can't hear callers. I'll install the update and hope that fixes this.

    Adding the resolution here in case anyone else has the same problem. It turns out there was an issue with Software Update 10.1.1, the dealer had to re-install. My service advisor mentioned there were other Lightnings in the shop with the same issue. *The 12V battery was fine.
