Just looked at my truck and adapter. Everything looks good on both. For the record, I'm not concerned about my issue. It only happened to me one time and I've successfully DCFC multiple times since with no issues.

Does anyone know if there is a thermal limit where the truck will not charge? Like if pin temps or battery temp gets to a certain point will it just give red rings and stop charging?

I use the ford adapter and I don't think that my issue was caused by my adapter. I think my issue was the Tesla V3 site in very hot and humid conditions(and direct sun with an already hot truck/battery).
