    Good luck, if it hasn’t updated by then maybe complain about the unit not updating and you may need a replacement unit. It is crazy to me that they can’t manually force an update on their end 🤦‍♂️

After I did that they said my charger still needed an update and after a couple of days they just said that they were sending a new unit. I can’t say that I did anything special...

    I’ll test the new one before returning the old one. If the new one is worse then I’m gonna keep the old one and send the new one back. Ford can keep working on the issue.

    Latest update is a nothing burger. They told me to delete my charging location settings but a recent update deleted them for me a couple of weeks ago and I haven’t reset them yet so….next suggestion please.

    That used to be the case for me as well but recently I can both raise and lower the charge rate via the app but 80 amps requires a power cycle.
