Good luck, if it hasn’t updated by then maybe complain about the unit not updating and you may need a replacement unit. It is crazy to me that they can’t manually force an update on their end 🤦‍♂️

They told me that my station required an update as well and had me delete any departure settings snd charge locations. After I did that they said my charger still needed an update and after a couple of days they just said that they were sending a new unit. I can’t say that I did anything special...

The replacement FCSP arrived today and after installation and setup in the app the software control of the Charge rate works as it should. I can lower the rate and raise the rate to the full 80 amp setting the station accepts the change and the amber light goes away. The station is still only...

Latest update is a nothing burger. They told me to delete my charging location settings but a recent update deleted them for me a couple of weeks ago and I haven’t reset them yet so….next suggestion please.

That used to be the case for me as well but recently I can both raise and lower the charge rate via the app but 80 amps requires a power cycle.
