Just did this today with one nickel under each side of spring. Vice grips did the trick. Genius idea, thanks to whoever suggested it. I'll see how it goes but might try 2 nickels eventually.

Same here. Mine was bk to normal after a few hours of recharging. Tried to drop off at local Ford dealer but would have had to leave there for 2-4 weeks (without loaner or rental). This is my primary vehicle so taking a chance and still driving it. It's been a month and haven't seen error again...

Well friends, I had an appointment on Friday with a local dealer (I live in Phoenix, AZ area). The service rep was super nice btw. She told me that I would have to leave the truck for service for a minimum of 2-4 weeks. :unsure: They didn't have any loaner cars- that was a 2 week backlog. But...

Wow. This just happened yesterday to my 2023 Lighting. I only have 4K miles and purchased in April. I'm a bit concerned about this issue. I have a appt. next Friday here in Arizona and they said to leave it for a few days. I'll update you guys if I hear any good or bad news.
