    Thanks for the response. So pretty much I would have to “trust” whichever shop I bring it to first? Ugh I am feeling really distraught because I do not know and I had serious problems with the dealership so it could’ve been either of them.

    Was driving and this plate fell off and started dragging. The screws were so loose I removed the last two by hand. I brought my truck in for a module replacement and the recall work at the dealership but then I went and got new tires and they did an alignment. I would like to know where to bring...
