I had the mattress halfway into the bed with the tailgate closed and the tailgate open button got pressed accidentally so it started opening while there was lateral pressure on the tailgate so I am assuming when the lifter got to the right angle it popped out.

I believe those are magic dock chargers - so slightly different.

There seems to be some discrepancy between the Ford map and Tesla map, for example the charger located at 3100 28th St in Boulder, CO is on the Ford map as P&C compatible but not listed as NACS ready on the Tesla map.
