Thanks for this... Yeah, I will look at ABRP- but the OKlahoma City Route- while it would be the easiest drive- is out, because I have to make a stop in Talahina. ButI used to live in Edmond, OK (just south of Guthrie) so I know that area REALLY well- maybe a good Drive home though..
But thank...
Hi, I am looking to drive from Austin to Springfield MO to take my kid to camp. I was wondering which is the best app for planning a road trip. Looking at Google and I don’t see many charging stations across parts of Oklahoma.
Thanks for that- I wonder if the New Sentry option will add that or not- also that is a pretty deep dive into the exact size of a (metric and imperial) F-ton of data.
Thanks- I did a search first and didnt see that thread.
So I bought it with my truck- I have still been on the free trial and have not had it switched over to my subscription.
But I also live in Texas and am happy with the coverage- yes, most US Highways (2 lane) dont have Blue Cruise- but all interstates do..
I re- read that trying to figure out "being load"- ah LOUD sorry...
I was also in t aJeep which was the loudest vehicle that I have ever owned, and it was on a Wider stance and 35" tires and it was the Open Country M/T- and yes it was loud-
going through the Toyo website, I imagine the A/T III...

The 24 and later F-150 Lightnings have a Vapor Injected Heat pump…
per Ford:: https://www.ford.com/support/how-tos/electric-vehicles/other-electric-vehicle-information/what-is-the-ford-vapor-injection-heat-pump-for-the-f-150-lightning/
Is there a company that makes lighted Sill plates that replace the plastic kick plates on the inside of the truck?
I DO NOT WANT the 3m foam backed sill plates that go on the door scuff.
I am looking for lighted Sill plates not Scuff plates- see image..
Just some thoughts…..
I suspect that the F-150 Lightning had a heat pump based Climate system rather than a normal Air Conditioner- they are way mor e efficient when it comes to energy usage. At -35 deg, that heat pump is going to be useless and the truck will be relying on the electric...
You Live in Texas, HAve you simply Looked at BASE power? You give up some control of the batteries while the grid is working, but the newest version of the batteries are coming out with a built in Generator Plug. You can use either a generator or your truck to supply the recharge power...
So I JUST bought My Lariat (2025) and It included a Mobile Charger (level 1) and a Level 2 Charger through Ford Power Promise. (but that has taken forever to make that happen0. It also included a TESLA adapter. I bought on Nov 30- so you may want to contact Ford Power Promise and ask them-...
