Contact Ford customer experience specialist. They will have you go through a series of test to reset the csp. After going through the hoops ,and they determine that the csp is defective, they will then have you wait a week to 10 days before sending a replacement. As for having an electrician...

Keep calling ford customer service. They will issue you a replacement in a few weeks. Your fcsp is defective, just like mine. See threads below.

if you have PG&E in your location, give them a call and see if the backup power transfer meter is available in your location. It looks like a long wait in my area.

you will see the Tesla app along side the EA app tomorrow. Don’t forget to update the Tesla app also so you can see the “ Charge your EV…Welcome to the network Ford Drivers”. My Tesla plug and charge didn’t show till the next day.

I used #2 wires on my fcsp. Works fine.

I’m No need to switch from #2 wire to #3 wire. The fcsp will accommodate the #2 wire.

Mike..I also got a fcsp replacement and just installed it a few days ago. The reason I got a replacement was because I got a solid amber color and it would not charge. I got the same 2.112.64.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0., after installing it. I just left the fcsp on and it updated by itself, 2 days later...

Got my replacement FCSP and installed it yesterday. Charged twice since install and all is well. FCSP works fine and just waiting for updates to it. Packed up the defective unit and just shipped it back via fedex. Thanks FORD!

Just my 2 cents, try pushing in buttons A and B to reset the outlets.

I got pu0930 and pu0105 right after pu0306 installed. I charged my truck to 80% and that’s when the update pu0306 installed. I believed that yours will install when it wants to, probably when you drive it for an extended period of time. I don’t know if the updates installs in a certain order or not.
