I'm in the middle of credit card disputing this obviously fraudulent, defective, not fit for advertised purpose Ohmmu piece of crap.
Glad OP is safe. I really hope Ohmmu does not harm someone else who does not have the same sense to get out immediately...
CarScanner connects to my OBDLink MX+ just fine. It does take up to a minute from disconnected state to actually have the "dashboard" start updating sometimes though. How long are you waiting for CarScanner to finish the connection cycle?
Never say never, but generally no.
If you lock the rear diff, and the front tires have very low traction + asymmetric rear traction , the back end will try to step out toward whichever side of the rear has better traction. If you aren't used to and ready for this, you can end up headed the...
To answer the question in the title, definitely not.
Is EA prefect? Nope. Have they made gobs of strategic, site layout, operational, and pricing blunders? Absolutely. But the trend is in the right direction. And with real competition from not only Tesla, but now Ionna also, that trend will...

I get that you were trying to say there's no AC to DC conversion in the EVSE itself. Which is 99% true. But the way you actually...
Not sure exactly when this behavior changed, as it used to show up there. But in my last real trip, at no time did my android auto destination show on the range display.
How many kW is your EVSE offering the truck?
I'm also noticing the amount of kWh shown in CarScanner for the same display SOC takes a nosedive in the cold. 100% in the summer is high 120's, now that it's been cooler (but nowhere near as cold as it should be here) 100% is maybe 116kWh at most.
