  1. Pressing and holding the memory button turns off Blue Cruise

The memory function won’t recall settings while driving. I doubt that it saves them either. Did something else turn off blue cruise? Not watching the road? Or hit another button?
  2. Level 3 Eyes-Off Driving Technology to launch on $30K Ford EV Truck. New AI Assistant launches early 2026

I wish them luck, but I'll be watching from my FSD Tesla. We will see how this news ages in 2030. They might have a shot at it when they replace Farley, not likely until then.
  3. Driving Score - Home Assistant

I don't know how they are calculated, but Ford has (had?) agreements with at least one Insurance company that they could be shared. There are options to turn this connection in the GUI. This was so you didn't need the Dongle connected to your smartphone for this kind of tracking. I'm...
  4. I love my Lightning. But Ford? Not so much...

Well summed up. It's all been right here in these forums, we've seen it and discussed it since day 1. Have been saying for a couple of years Farley couldn't lead and didn't know what he was doing. Although I'm a Tesla fanboy, I didn't realize Tesla had changed the Cyber truck from the...
  5. What gives 17 years from now?

None of those are shared with the Mach E. Different manufactures. Some of the 10 year old infotainment tech is about the only thing shared.
  6. 12 volt battery monitor

Because they don't understand they even have a problem. Ever wonder why they aren't making this truck any longer?
  7. Buying a Floor Jack

I don't know what you need, but that subject has been discussed here. I recall someone noting Harbor Freight for a budget version.
  8. Taxman's Lightning Chronology

Asking @LUXMAN 😁 Two major hail storms in back to back years and solar everywhere.
  9. PSA: Get an Additional BlueCruise Year for Free (2022 and 2023 Models)

This ^^^. After our month in a '23 Y with HW 3 the Tesla FSD can likely out drive 85% of the people on the road. I trusted it for 1200 miles in December. It is not perfect, that is why it is supervised, but it's better than most other drivers and will become a game changer for many that...
  10. Tesla FSD (Full Self Driving) tested. BlueCruise is good enough

Truly what Tesla has today, they aren't even products in the same category. BC keeps you between the lanes and handles steering and changing lanes on marked roads. Telsa drives your car evaluating and navigating complex situations - any road. It handles stop lights, stop signs, city traffic...
  11. Radio, phone, all sound doesn't work after I quit Sirius XM

Hold the two lower outside (vol down and next track) buttons on the steering wheel and reboot the center stack. Once you do that turn the volume back up. That is likely the only think in your control short of a 12 v battery disconnect, but I don't see that rectifying the problem you describe.
  12. Lightning is alive... my ode songs

Dude - you have a cameo, you gotta put it on repeat. Fun song for sure.
  13. Important Update: Ford EV Roadmap & Future of F-150 Lightning (EREV Next Gen Model) - ⛔️ ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS

That would be interesting, because that is what was supposed to happen all along. I believe the Lightning just has a stronger "small" following than Ford might have expected, but not sustainable at the numbers that they've sold. Lightning - an average of 25K per year over 4 years, ICE -...
  14. Important Update: Ford EV Roadmap & Future of F-150 Lightning (EREV Next Gen Model) - ⛔️ ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS

That is a definitely a concern, however many of us that have a '22 and been around since the beginning kind of saw Ford's long term vision and saw the writing on the wall. Ford was offering a program that had been used on the Mach E. I don't recalls its name. If I recall it offered a good...
  15. Important Update: Ford EV Roadmap & Future of F-150 Lightning (EREV Next Gen Model) - ⛔️ ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS

There is only one in the lead there, and they only are a couple years away from being true fully autonomous. The only other one close might be Waymo, but can all of that technology ever be retrofitted and installed into an every day car sold off the lot?
