I am on hold with my second Ford representative. I got transferred to the Marketing Dept. to answer my question on whether the dealership reported the vehicle as being sold since they told me they did but Sunrun says the vehicle isn't being shown as sold on their end. Not sure why I am getting...

I do like the truck overall and it is very luxurious but just have to get over the inability to charge efficiently at home. Hopefully, when Spring time rolls around, I will see an expanded range (closer to what was advertised and sold). I will also look forward to Spring so we won't be advised...

Thanks @RickLightning - I had to ask the dumb question to get a smart answer. I knew this was the case but trying to light a fire under Ford/Sunrun to get me my home charging station so i can charge quicker than using the emergency charger.

I got the extended range but it was a mannequin for the dealership and had close to 900 miles on it before I took possession.
