Discovered Rivian charging stations while traveling in the northeast recently. Stations are nicely set up and their video screen and instructions are super easy to use. Far preferred the Rivian stations over the ElectrifyAmerica.
Here's another thought. Doesn't it also use the most recent miles/kWh to calculate projected miles from existing charge status. Possibly after your 10-mile trip the miles/kWh was around only 1 or less. Starting your next trip, that was the reference.
