  1. Emporia monitor shows dip in power every 2 hours, on the hour!

Any chance that's when your AC or other large appliance is kicking on and creating a power surge?
  2. Tinted light bar on Avalanche

I posted a few more I took going in to work this morning. See update to original post for comments.
  3. Tinted light bar on Avalanche

Thanks for the compliments! For some reason the forum is not liking the photos I took with the light on. I’ll grab a few more later today and post them tonight.
  4. Tinted light bar on Avalanche

I joined the tinted club. I truly hated the look of the light bar. After a failed attempt at doing it myself, I had it done professionally. They used Lightwrap Stealth (matte) - mid and it matches the grille perfectly. I was a little worried about how it would look on a lighter color, but I...
  5. [OFFICIAL] Redtiger F7NA Dashcam Free Review Unit Program —1 Spot Open, Honest Feedback Only

    1. I am currently using a Rove R2 4K for my Forward facing dash cam, and a Vantrue E1 lite for my rear facing dash cam. I have had them for about four years 2. Currently, I drive 15 minutes to work which includes a short period of city and highway driving. I also commute all over the RDU...

Both look great! I knew I couldn’t be the only one that’s wrapped it. I’m trying to decide which Katzkin style to get. Similar to the Ford interior, the platinum style just has so much going on. Admittedly, they do look right at home in the truck. I have heard from a lot of owners that they...

It's removable. When used on the exterior it's supposed to be left on for 3-7 years. If I were to remove it today there wouldn't be any residue to speak of. I'm assuming there will be some amount of residue if/when I remove it in a few years, but I'm not all that worried about it. Our Rivian...
  8. Cyber Monday Surprise: Test the CES-Nominated F17 Elite Dashcam for Free!

Hey Lia - Are you guys still testing this dashcam? My front dash cam has been giving me trouble with every SD card I try, and I just connected to my rear dash cam (VanTrue) to find that it hasnt' been recording for months. Seems like the gods are telling me it's time for a new setup! I confirm...

    I love it.

Thanks! I agree on less of it, and I thought the same thing about the stain color. I ordered six samples with this being the lightest, and was surprised that I liked the look of this one the most. Here's another option that I think most would go with. It matches the wood in our Rivian exactly...

Thanks! I did it myself from a large piece I ordered. No pre-cutting. The only pieces I disassembled were the two long pieces in the center console area. Everything else was wrapped in place. It took me some time, but having regular plugs makes it much easier to use the heat gun! The wrap job I...
  12. Tell Us the Story Behind Your F-150 Interior 🛻✨

2025 Lightning Lariat checking in. Been slowly chipping away at the interior since I picked it up 18 months ago — Ford gave us one color palette (gray), one dash material (hard plastic), and called it a day. So I've been undoing that. Here's where I'm at: 3M DI-NOC Teak woodgrain wrap...
  13. Woodgrain Upgrade + Chrome delete

Undstandable! I still remember staring at the "wood" down the side of my mom's Plymouth Voyager thinking, "why would the do this?" This Di-Noc vinyl is a significant upgrade from 90s faux wood. It's architectural vinyl used primarily in PJ and yacht interiors. It's really very good.
  14. De-chrome the interior

I did it.. Check profile for post with more pictures. Took me about 3 hours.

2025 Lightning Lariat here. New to the forum, 18 months in to ownership. Before the Lightning, I owned a 2020 BMW X5M. And before the Bimmer, three other Fords — most recently a 2018 Explorer Sport. Although I knew I'd miss the Bimmer's interior, I was keenly aware of what I was getting back...
