I failed this update once after failing the previous one over 20 times. After the first failure the only thing I did differently was to set the parking brake that evening. After the update it charged to 100, and I can't seem to find the charging profiles in the menu anymore, did they get moved?

I have tried multiple times after 30+ minute drives and it is still failing.

I am in the same boat. Mine has failed more than a dozen times so far. I have tried charging it then doing it, driving for 30 minutes and trying, remote starting it and moving it and trying. Having no luck at all. Extremely frustrating.

My dealer provided both. My arguement to them was that it was listed as included in their master documentation. The same documentation they used to removed my partition lockable storage.
