I’m glad there’s a thread about this because it is super annoying. I’m parked and it still pops up.

On one hand I’m glad you were able to get it rolled back up but on the other this is not good. I may have to carry my rig of the cables and wrench in my truck in case it happens again. I take my truck in next week to get serviced we’ll see what they officially diagnose.

So I had to redo all the steps to make the window go back up since it rolled itself down as soon as I stated the truck. However, this time I disconnected the motor so it won’t do that again. Here’s some pics.

Update - I remote started the truck because it’s hot outside and all was good until I started the truck and the window rolled down again on its own. Someone here advised to just make it a habit to back in every time. That’s what I’ve been doing. Except my wife, she is not confident to back in so there are times where I still have to pull the truck out and back it in to charge but it has been a lot less.

They did a great job repainting. I can’t tell the difference at all. But I also had it wrapped in PPF and ceramic coated so I think that helped. It’s unfortunate that this happened to you as well and it bummed me out at the time but it’s all good now. Best of luck
