  1. Should I be Worried ? SOH 79%

Your battery age tells me that your BECM itself was replaced. Variations aren't too bad, I think you'll slowly get SOH back of the next couple of months as the new BECM learns the battery.
  2. Should I be Worried ? SOH 79%

This. And be patient with SOH. My own experince was that balancing will show up as small improvements in SOC variation and Voltage variation, and a couple of charge cycles later the SOH would bump up incrementally. Remember that SOH is an estimate constructed by a computer inside your battery...
  3. Should I be Worried ? SOH 79%

Doesn't Ford specify 22 days for full learning and calibration? I highly suggest a gentler approach. I would not try to push zero with an unbalanced battery, it will stop operating when the lowest voltage reaches threshold, even if estimated capacity is still some soc>0.
  4. Should I be Worried ? SOH 79%

My SOH was 98.5% before going in for similar service. It was just over 80% afterwards. Today it is 99.5%, but it took 3 months to get back. As others mentioned, the battery needs time and cycles to balance. Charge to 100% and leave it sitting untouched on the charger for several hours...
  5. 25SB6/25V731 Rear Lightbar Inspection: Parts Available #73

I just failed the inspection as well. This isn't a s surprise to me since my backup lights haven't been working for months. What is a bit of a surprise is that, according to the service rep, failure of the lights themselves wouldn't cause an inpection fail, only the presence of screws!
  6. Battery SOH - bragging rights or bullshit?

I suspect we have a much more robust cooling system to allow for towing.
  7. 25SB6/25V731 Rear Lightbar Inspection: Parts Available #73

Has anyone heard of a fix being available for this yet?
  8. Ram Rev video (Preview)

Isn't 145 miles a bit low for 92kwh? I suppose that might be the physical battery capacity and there are large buffers reducing useable capacity.
  9. Upgrading F-150 Lightning Battery Pack [VIDEO]

Does anyone know what utility he is using to analyze individual battery cell health like that?
  10. Charging in Ice Storm

I drove through that storm on my way home yesterday afternoon. What a tank this truck is!
  11. Safety Program: 25S18 aka 25V131: HV Battery Electrode Misalignment Discussion

108 days later: One module was replaced under the recall program. I also had a wiring harness replaced because it had a hole in it (? presumably they mean the casing), a bus replaced, and debris was cleaned out of the tub. The cause of this was prior work done by a different shop under the...
  12. Weird Charging Issue -- Possibly after module replacement: Fix post #72

Great to hear. L2 charge to 100% and let it sit overnight, should go a long way towards balancing out the remaining 2%
  13. Weird Charging Issue -- Possibly after module replacement: Fix post #72

About 22,300 miles. I will check the build date when I have it back.
  14. Weird Charging Issue -- Possibly after module replacement: Fix post #72

I'm not sure how @AntJohn73 has fared, but for me the saga continues. I got a call end of day yesterday that my truck was ready. A battery module was replaced, the BECM module was replaced, and the truck successfully charged to 100%. Great! (@GoodSam I clarified the replaced module was not in...
  15. Weird Charging Issue -- Possibly after module replacement: Fix post #72

I need to clarify with the dealer whether the bad module is the new one. Looking at my charge history, I suspected is was bad out of the box because it 'falsely' charged to 100% the first time the dealer charged it.
