One thing you can do is report them to the state AG office. you have an agreement with Ford Motor Company. The dealer has certain rights to amend the final sales price. But to ignore your agreement with Ford seems like they are violating an agreement between parties. If enough people complain...
I imagine the new law also means they’ll move production back to the states. Maybe one of the new EV specific factories being built at the moment. That may have the most impact on the timeline push back. It allows them to build and source the required components domestically.
