I have OBDlink cx and use iOS. Car scanner says I cannot use iOS with the obdlink cx… I am completely new to all this

So my first post is unfortunately here. Last week I had the warning come up and went away several hours later. Yesterday came on again, have appt set up for this week. 2025 Flash 3500 miles. Not what I was wanting on a new truck.
