I was able to get it updated although it still shows as an available update in FDRS (along with BCM which I tried to setup an account for). I did run retest network several times and it didn't clear ACM, IPC, or BCM.

I believe I got past the error message above. It wrote the files to the USB stick this time and I received the "Do not remove USB drive until prompted" message. I'm just waiting for the Power vehicle off message.
